We’ll reply within 24 hours with:

A short intake form
The exact document checklist based on your case (Proof of Indian Origin based on your Spouse, Parent, Grandparent, etc.)
Our bank details or payment link for the service fee

Once you review the checklist, make the service payment to OCIHelp.nl:

This fee is for our application assistance and does not include the OCI fees, which must be paid directly to VFS during submission.

We will:

You will receive:

- Appointment Confirmation that you must carry for your appointment.
- Full Print Pack of your OCI file
- Step-by-step instructions for the VFS visit

A checklist of what to bring at your appointment at VFS

On the day of your appointment:

You submit your OCI file at the VFS Center on the day & time of your appointment
You pay OCI fees directly to VFS
(Approximately €230 depending on your location – we’ll confirm the exact amount)
You can choose to pickup OCI from the VFS, or get it delivered at your home by paying Courier charges to VFS Cente.
You will receive submission receipt & tracking number. You will receive your OCI card within 2-3 months.
